SECVRIT PERPET / S - C Securitas standing front, head to left, holding scepter in her right hand and resting her left arm on column set on the ground. Cohen 329. RIC 335a. From the Sam 'Duck' Reed Collection and that of William Herbert Hunt, Sotheby's, 21 June 1991, 1049 (part of).

The fragile but beautifully colored patina on this sestertius looks so similar to that of the Gordian sestertius from the W. J. Conte Collection (Leu 7 (2020), 1666) that one wonders whether they come from the same find.
